PLEASE NOTE: Effective December 31, 2019, statewide recording fees for the Community Preservation Act will increase from $10 to $25 and from $20 to $50, due to the enactment of the FY20 State Budget.

DOCUMENT RETURN POLICY

The Registry Policy will be to return all documents that have a self-addressed stamped envelope two weeks after the time of recording. If a self-addressed envelope with the correct postage is not included, then the original recorded documents will be held for the statutory period of time, and then destroyed.
